Our client is currently seeking several mechanical engineers. In this role, you will be part of a team designing and optimizing gear systems that enhance our product offerings. The company specializes in the manufacturing of custom precision gears and assemblies for a wide variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, agriculture, mining, marine, oil and gas, printing, construction, industrial and commercial markets.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 

• Part of a development team for cutting-edge gear systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gear solutions into broader product designs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to gear systems.
• Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the engineering department.

 
Additional Qualifications:
 

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Strong knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.

 
Education:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
