ROCKFORD, IL, August 4, 2008
The Ingenium sponsored Aerostars Aerobatic Team performed their high-G aerobatic maneuvers in tight formation at the eagerly anticipated EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin last week. AirVenture is touted as “The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration” with over half a million people attending and 12,000 plus aircraft on display. As always the Aerostars delivered a crowd pleasing performance to this huge audience.

Jim Foskett, Ingenium’s Director of Medical Research and Development, witnessed the Aerostars’ performance on Wednesday, July 30th and stated, “The power, precision and timing of the Aerostars’ maneuvers made for a loud, smoke filled, and thrilling aerobatic show. We at Ingenium are proud to be a major sponsor of this world class aerobatic team.”

The EAA added to this excitement by mounting a camera in the Aerostars lead aircraft. To experience a little bit of the Ingenium Aerostars’ magic view this video of Harvey Meeks, Lead Pilot, in the cockpit of his Yak 52 TW. Team mates Paul Hornick, Left Wing, and Dave Monroe, Right Wing, can be seen in tight formation behind Harvey.

In addition to their entertaining performances at AirVenture, the Aerostars Team was placed on the front cover of the AirVenture 2008 Visitors’ Guide displaying an aerial shot of this 3 ship team flying in tight formation with their air show smoke on. Greg Crowley, Ingenium’s Director of Business Development stated, “It’s a fantastic picture of our team and with 18,000 copies of the Visitors’ Guide printed we are very pleased to have this positive media coverage for both Ingenium and the Aerostars.”
