Ingenium Technologies Names Dr. Jim Foskett Director of Aerospace Programs

ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS, February 5, 2008 –

Dr. Jim Foskett, Ingenium Medical Director, has been additionally named Director of Aerospace Communication Programs. In this new role he will continue to oversee Ingenium’s research and development of new Voice User Interface applications for deployment within the Nation’s Next Generation Air Traffic System.

Dr. Foskett is an accomplished Instrument Rated and Seaplane pilot who has owned several aircraft including a North American T6 trainer and a classic Beechcraft Staggerwing. He was trained in orthopedic surgery at the Mayo Clinic and has over 20 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Foskett also has degrees from Northwestern University in Linguistics along with Speech and Hearing Sciences. He served in the active and reserve US Air Force for twenty three years, including deployment as the commander of a forward area surgical team during Operation Desert Storm.

Dr. Foskett’s love of aviation, experience/education in linguistics, and innovative mind has resulted in a patented aviation communication system that improves the safety and efficiency of the Air Traffic Control System. Dr. Foskett is directing a team of Ingenium electrical, software and aerospace engineers to develop this unique system.

Dr. Foskett joined Ingenium Technologies in September 2007 as Medical Director. In this capacity Jim is responsible for overseeing the development of several new medical products. He is supported in his work at Ingenium by his ever faithful assistant and service dog, Wilbur.
